- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
For more information, see Employee Maintenance. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.
Info icon false Note: For information about filtering the employee list, see Filtering employees.
The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.
- Click the Work Rules tab.
- Below the table, click View Effective Rules.
The Effective Rules For... dialog box appears.
The table in the dialog box contains the following READ-ONLY information:- Rule Type – Type of work rule.
- Job Job – associated with the rule type and work rule set.
- Work Rule – Set Work rule set associated with the rule type and job.
- Optionally, to sort by a column, click the column header you want to sort by.
Information in the table is sorted based on your selection. - Click Close.
The dialog box closes.
