Most of the information that appears in this pane is imported from your company's Event Management System (EMS). You use the Selected Event Details pane to review and edit events. If you edit fields in this pane, the updated information appears in the Event Orders pane.

View Work Details

Default: When you open the Selected Event Details pane, only event information and details sections are expanded.

Ignore

Check box to ignore this specific event in the event order.

Ignoring an event devirtualizes it so ensures that the UniFocus software does will not calculate labor for the event.

Number of attendees planned to attend the event.

Guaranteed

Number of attendees guaranteed to attend the event.

Set

Set guest count.
