Saving the current form values
In each report type, there are often sets of form values, or parameters, that you run frequently. The Save the current form values
...

) button allows you to save these sets of parameters so that you can apply them to a report.
- In the report for which you want to save the parameter set, complete all items on the screen
- In the action row, click
.
The Save Parameter Set dialog box appears. - In the Name field, type the name of the parameter set.
- Click OK.
The form values on the report screen are now saved as a parameter set.
