Event Order - details
EO #

Unique identification number for the Event Orderevent order.

Edit this field by changing the value directly in the field or by using the up and down arrows to the right of the field to increase or decrease the value by increments of one.

What happens if you change the value and it clashes with another EO event order with the same number?

Event OrderTitle of the Event Orderevent order. 
Status

Status of the Event Orderevent order. Statuses include:

  • Canceled
  • Definite
  • IGNORE
  • Prospect
  • Tentative
 
Start Time

Start Time - – date and time.

  • Date field - – Starting date of the Event Orderevent order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the date from the fly-out calendar menu.
  • Time field - – Starting time of the Event Orderevent order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the time from the drop-down menu.
 
End Time

End Time - date and time.

  • Date field - – End date of the Event Orderevent order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the date from the fly-out calendar menu.
  • Time field - – End time of the Event Orderevent order. Edit this field by changing the value in the field or by selecting the time from the drop-down menu.
 
RoomsClick the Rooms section header to sort by rooms. 
Icon column (Flag icon) - Indicates that an event is "dirty," meaning that work content needs to be generated or regenerated for the event. 
(Exclamation mark icon) - Event exception (exc.) - Indicates that there is missing information or a potential problem. 
Room column

Room where the main event is held.

 

The value in the field is READ-ONLY.
EMS Information and Events

Click the EMS# section header to sort by unique identification number of the event in the customer's Event Management System (EMS).

Click the Events section header to sort by events.
