The Authorization Levels tab displays information about authorization levels for user groups. A Time & Attendance user can be assigned an approval level for approving earnings. Higher numeric values indicate a higher level of authorization.

Note: Users who previously had security access to approve shifts or approve all shifts should be given an approval level of 1, indicating that they can still approve shifts after an upgrade to version 9.06.03.

Approval levels can be defined at both the group and user levels. Property-level users can modify approval levels without involving UniFocus Support.

The Authorization Levels tab displays a read-only group-level tab. Users can edit the value by selecting the Override checkbox and editing the value.
