From the Employee Maintenance screen, you can send Mobile App invitations to one or multiple employees—either active unregistered employees or new registered employees.

To  invite employee to the Mobile App:

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( 

     ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click Mobile Registration Invite.
  4. From the drop-down list, select one of the following:
    The New Employee wizard opens on the General Information screen. 

 

 

You grant Mobile App access to employees in the Employee Maintenance screen. From 

You can send Mobile App invitations to one or multiple team members—either active unregistered or new registered employees—from the Employee Maintenance screen in RMS

Mobile 2.0 introduces a new registration process for users:

  1. Managers send invitations to one or multiple team members—either active unregistered or new registered employees—from the Employee Maintenance screen in RMS. 
  2. Team members receive an email invitation with a link to the Mobile setup wizard.
  3. Team members with both a valid email address and employee ID use the setup wizard to create their password and security question.
  4. When team members complete the setup wizard, they receive a link to download the Mobile App.
