1Variance percentage

Variance between:

  • Scheduled vs Projected—Variance between scheduled hours and projected hours. The final variance tells you how much the user is scheduling over the system-generated hours.

    Formula

Scheduled vs. Projected = (Scheduled − Projected Hours) ÷ Projected Hours

  • Actual vs Standard—Variance between actual hours and standard hours. The final variance tells you how much the user is actualizing over what the set standard recommends.

    Formula

Actual Vs Standard = (Actual Hours – Standard Hours) ÷ Standard Hours

Values in red are outside the configured threshold. Values in green are within the configured threshold.
