The Employee Productivity report uses information that is entered in the Employee Productivity screen. For a defined date range, this report calculates employees' productivity and compares it to the goal productivity for that date range for the employees.
Columns on the generated Employee Productivity report
This table describes the fields on the generated Employee Productivity report. The names and number of columns that you see in your report depend on the KBIs configured in the Labor Structure.
Column | Description | Notes |
Employee Name | Name of the employee. All employees in this report have jobs that track employee-level productivity. | Format: Last name, First name. |
Stayovers/Departures | Numerical value of the actual units serviced. Actual values represent units serviced for the day. For example, if the you are tracking rooms serviced for departures, the fields in this column display the actual number of departure rooms that the room attendant cleaned. | The names and number of columns that you see in your report depend on the KBIs configured in the Labor Structure. |
Hours Worked | Number of productive hours worked by each employee for the reporting period. | |
Goal Hours | Calculated based on job-level configuration for employee productivity, the number of units serviced, and the hours worked for each employee for the reporting period. | |
Hours Variance | The difference between hours worked and goal hours. The hours variance indicates how close the employee worked to the goal in hours for the reporting period. | |
Goal Minutes Per Unit | Goal productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced. (Goal hours x 60) / (Total Stayovers + Total Departures) | |
Actual Minutes Per Unit | Actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced. (Hours worked x 60) / (Total Stayovers + Total Departures) | |
Variance to Goal | Percentage variance between goal productivity and actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period. The variance to goal indicates how close the employee worked to the goal in percentage variance for the reporting period. | |
MinOvUn | Minutes over or under— Number of minutes that each employee worked over or under the total goal minutes for the reporting period. The minutes over or under value indicates how close the employee worked to the goal in minutes for the reporting period. |
