The Employee Productivity report uses information that is entered in the Employee Productivity screen. For a defined date range, this report calculates employees' productivity and compares it to the goal productivity for that date range for the employees.

Columns on the generated Employee Productivity report

This table describes the fields on the generated Employee Productivity report. The names and number of columns that you see in your report depend on the KBIs configured in the Labor Structure.

Employee Name

Name of the employee.

All employees in this report have jobs that track employee-level productivity.

Default format: Last name, First name.

Numerical value of the actual units serviced.

Actual values represent units serviced for the day. For example, if the you are tracking rooms serviced for departures, the fields in this column display the actual number of departure rooms that the room attendant cleaned.

Depending on your configuration, you might see Departures or Stayovers.

Might see one column
Hours WorkedNumber of productive hours worked by each employee for the reporting period.

Goal Hours



Calculated based on job-level config for emp prod, the number of units serviced, and the hours worked for each employee for the reporting period

Numerical value of goal units to be serviced.

Goal values represent units per shift. For example, if the you are tracking rooms serviced for departures at a hotel, a cell in the column might be populated with 16, indicating that 16 departure rooms is the goal for a full shift.

Depending on your configuration, you might see Departures or Stayovers.

Goals are automatically populated based on the configured KBIs.

Hours Variance

The difference between hours worked and goal hours.

To understand how close the employee worked to the goal in hours for the reporting period.


Goal Minutes Per Unit

Goal productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced.

(Goal hours x 60) / (Total Stayovers + Total Departures)


Actual Minutes Per Unit

Actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced.

(Hours worked x 60) / (Total Stayovers + Total Departures)


Variance to Goal

Percentage variance between goal productivity and actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period.

MinOvUn

Minutes over or under— Number of minutes that each employee worked over or under the total goal minutes for the reporting period.

To understand how close the employee worked to the goal in minutes for the reporting period.
