A user must be active to log in to the UniFocus single sign-on screen.

Activating a user

Activate users to grant them access to UniFocus software through the UniFocus single sign-on screen.

In the header section, select a client or property from the Select a Location drop-down list.
The screen displays information for the selected client or property.
In the header section, select the Users tab.
The user list pane displays the user list.
In the Active column of the user list, select the check box for the user you want to activate.
A CONFIRM dialog box appears. The message asks if you want to activate this user.
Click Yes.
The dialog box closes, and the user is activated.

Deactivating a user

Deactivate users to deny them access to UniFocus software through the UniFocus single sign-on screen.

In the header section, select a client or property from the Select a Location drop-down list.
The screen displays information for the selected client or property.
In the header section, select the Users tab.
The user list pane displays the user list.
In the Active column of the user list, clear the check box for the user you want to deactivate.
A CONFIRM dialog box appears. The message asks if you want to deactivate this user.
Click Yes.
The dialog box closes, and the user is deactivated.
