Cloning a user

By cloning a user, you can copy a set of permissions and notifications from an existing user and apply them to a new user.  

To clone a user:

1. In the header section, select a client or property from the Select a Location drop-down list.
   The screen displays information for the selected client or property.
2. In the header section, select the Users tab.
   The content pane displays the user list. 
3. In the user list, click a row for a user that you want to clone.
   The row is highlighted, and the User Details pane expands on the right side of the screen.
4. In the User Details pane, click Clone User.
   The Clone From dialog box appears. 
5. Complete the fields as necessary. Use the dialog box to enter information for the new user to which you are applying the cloned settings.

6. Click Save.
   The Clone From dialog box closes, and the new user appears in the user list.
