Summary	The Inactivity report now formats the date column correctly.
Description	In some instances of previous releases, when exporting the Inactivity report to either a single or paginated .xls file, the date column was incorrectly formatted as a numeral rather than a date.
Solution	The report has been updated to format the date column as a date (for example, 00/00/00).
