Reordering columns in the Earnings Approval Wizard

By default, all columns are displayed in the Earnings Approval Wizard. You can select which columns to display and in what order.

To specify the order of certain columns in the Earnings Approval Wizard:

  1. In the Earnings Approval Wizard, click Reorder Columns.
    The Reorder Columns dialog box appears. The Available section contains the names of the columns that you can reorder or hide.
  2. Move the column(s) that you want to display and reorder from the Available section to the Selected section:

    Note: Columns that remain in the Available section will not appear on the Earnings Approval Wizard.

    • To move all columns, click Move All Right (  ).
    • To move a single column, in the Available section, click the column name and then click Move Selected Right (  ).
    • If you need to move columns back to the Available section use Move All Left (  ) and Move Selected Left (  ).
       

  3. Once the items are in the Selected section, click each item, then click Up (  ) and Down (  ) to order the columns.

Notes:

  • You must click to reselect the items each time you want to move them up or down.
  • On the Earnings Approval Wizard, the columns appear left to right based on their top-to-bottom order in the Reorder Columns dialog box.

       4. Click OK.
           The dialog box closes, and the columns in the Earnings Approval Wizard are reordered based on your selections.

Example: If the following order is selected in the Reorder Columns dialog box…

…then the Earnings Approval Wizard displays those columns from left to right:The example displayed above is the recommended column selection and order.
