Managing employee badges
From the Employee Actions menu ( Â ) of the Employee Maintenance screen, you can access the Manage Badges screen. On this screen, you can perform the following tasks:
- Adding a badge number to an employee.
- Editing a badge number for an employee.
- Deleting a badge number from an employee.
- Reassigning a badge number.
Caution: If your company's employee badges are updated by interfaces, any changes you make using the Manage Badges screen will be overwritten the next time an interface file is imported.
