Available But Not Scheduled
The Available But Not Scheduled report provides a list of employees who are not scheduled to work during the selected time frame.Â
Running the ReportÂ
- In the toolbar, click the Report icon (  ).
- From the drop-down list, select Labor > All Scheduling > Available But Not Scheduled.
The Available But Not Scheduled report screen appears. - Click Re-run the report (  ).
The Available But Not Scheduled dialog box appears.
For more information, see Available But Not Scheduled dialog box. - In the From Date and To Date fields, type the dates of the report range.
- Either select or clear the Show LOA Employees check box.
- From the Filter Selection By drop-down list, select the division, department or job.
- Select the Division(s) Department(s) or Job(s) from the tree.
- Click OK.
The report is displayed.
