Available But Not Scheduled

The Available But Not Scheduled report provides a list of employees who are not scheduled to work during the selected time frame. 

Running the Report 

  1. In the toolbar, click the Report icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, select Labor > All Scheduling > Available But Not Scheduled.
    The Available But Not Scheduled report screen appears. 
  3. Click Re-run the report (  ).
    The Available But Not Scheduled dialog box appears.

  4. In the From Date and To Date fields, type the dates of the report range.
  5. Either select or clear the Show LOA Employees check box.
  6. From the Filter Selection By drop-down list, select the division, department or job.
  7. Select the Division(s) Department(s) or Job(s) from the tree.
  8. Click OK.
    The report is displayed.

Filter
Filter Selection BySelect the organization level by which to filter.
Job / SelectTree menu and check boxes to select the organization levels to be included in the report.

OKSaves your selections, closes the dialog box, and runs the report.
CancelCancels your selections and closes the dialog box.
