The Outlet Analysis helps you further analyze your budgeted revenues. 

Note: This report displays information only for outlets that have been configured as revenue center KBIs. Outlets that have not been configured as revenue center KBIs will not appear in the report.

Key Information

  • The report details covers, average rate, and revenue for each outlet and each designated meal period. The report also calculates the Sales Mix (in dollars) for the periods established.

Report Options

Base Dataset

Select a 12-month dataset.

  • Year—Select a year of dataset.
  • Type—Select a type of dataset.

Comparative Dataset

Displays the Year and Type of data that are grouped in an organized manner. The Comparative Dataset is compared with the Base Dataset(s).

  • Year—Select a year of dataset to compare.
  • Type—Select a year of dataset to compare.

Revenue Centers

Select revenue centers if necessary.
