The Budgeting tab allows you to configure fields specifically for use in the Budgeting module.
| Field | Description |
Exchange Rate | (Visible only if your property is located outside the U.S.) Allows you to enter the exchange rate between U.S. Dollars and other currencies. |
Default Percent Line | Allows you to determine which line is to be used, by default, when calculating relationships between budget lines. |
Base dataset for Flex | Select which budget you want to copy and use as the basis for the Flex budget. |
Weekend Configuration | Allows you to designate the days which constitute a weekend at your property. For example, some properties may designate Friday and Saturday as the weekend, others may consider Saturday and Sunday as the weekend. |
Use 30-60-90 on Year End Forecast | Use this dataset in the 30/60/90 Year End Forecast. |
Display Month Names | Allows you to choose to see the names of the months. If this field is not selected, only Period names will appear. |
Round Totals | Allows you to have totals rounded rather than show a decimal. |
Last Flex Calc Date | Allows you to see when the Flex budget was last calculated. This is a read-only field. |
