From the Employee Maintenance screen, you can send Mobile App and Print invitations to one or multiple employees—either active unregistered employees or new unregistered employees.

Notes:

  • New unregistered employees refer to employees who have been added within the last two weeks.
  • Employees must have valid email addresses and employee IDs in Employee Maintenance before you can invite them using the Mobile App. If you do not know their email address, you must send a printed invitation.

Sending mobile invitations

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. Do one of the following:

Employees receive an email invitation with a link to the Mobile setup wizard. Employees with both a valid email address and employee ID use the setup wizard to create their password and security question. When they complete the setup wizard, employees receive a link to download the Mobile App.

Sending printed invitations

You can print PDF invitations for all active employees who have not already registered for the UniFocus Mobile App, version 2.

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

When employees receive the PDF invitation, they complete the following registration steps:

  1. Go to the registration URL listed on the invitation.
  2. Enter their name and email address.
  3. Enter the information provided on the invitation:
