The 30/60/90 Labor Productivity Report views the total hours, analyze, and compare your Hours, KBI Volume, and Productivity for your 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day forecasts. You can choose to have the data displayed in dollars or hours.
Report Options
Filter | Filter by division(s), department(s), and/or job(s). |
Summarize by | Allows you to determine how the data is summarized: division, department or job. |
Hours or Dollars | Allows you to determine whether the data should be calculated and displayed as Hours or Dollars. |
Year | Allows you to specify the year of the data to be displayed. |
Start Period | Allows you to set the starting period for the report which you are running. The two periods subsequent to the Start Period, as well as the period you selected, will be represented in the report. |
Running the Report
To run the report:
- Choose Comparative from the Reports menu and select 30/60/90 Labor Productivity.
- Select a Division/Department/Job and Summarize by method from the drop-down lists.
- Select Hours or Dollars.
- Select a Year.
- Select an Start Period.
- Click the Run icon. The report is displayed.
