The Event Planning Period is the period of time for which you will be planning labor and scheduling for upcoming event orders .

  1. In the Selected Event Orders pane, select the Event Planning Period tab.

  2. Click the At a Glance pane header to expand the At a Glance pane. 
    The tiles in the At a Glance pane feature gauges and a table that display information about event orders for that planning period. These tiles include the following:

    • Missing Information
    • Potential Problems
    • Event Orders w/ Most Labor
    • Overlapping Event Orders

In the Event Planning Period tab, you can manage event orders for the next week.

Note: The planning period is determined by forecasting in the Planning screen.
