The Manage Event Orders component of the Planning module allows banquet managers to more easily and efficiently plan and manage labor for hotel banquets.

This documentation is for banquet managers who perform the following tasks:

  • Import event orders.
  • Review and edit event orders.
  • Plan and schedule labor for events.
     

Note: In previous releases, importing and managing event orders were done in a separate Watson Event Labor application. With the 9.04.1 release, all event order importing and management functionality has been integrated into RMS. The Manage Event Orders option only appears if your Manage Event Orders license has been activated.
