The Event Planning Period is the period of time for which you will be planning the new event orders.

  1. In the Selected Event Orders pane, select the Event Planning Period tab.

  2. Click the At a Glance pane header to expand the At a Glance pane. 
    The tiles in the At a Glance pane feature gauges and charts that display information about event orders for that period. These tiles include the following:

    • Missing Information
    • Potential Problems
    • Event Orders w/ Most Labor
    • Overlapping Event Orders

 In the Event Planning Period tab, you can manage schedules for the next week.

Note: The planning period is determined by forecasting in the Planning screen.
