After you have redistributed work content, you are ready to analyze your plan.

  1. Change the bottom timeline view to Workflow view, which displays the work content that is distributed to your planned shifts.
    For more information, see Controlling timeline views. 

  2. In the column menu, make sure the following filters are set: 

    Filter typeSetting
    System Projected HoursClear
    Manager's Planned HoursSelected
    Show Stats
    Shift HoursSelected
    Distributed HoursSelected
    Undistributed HoursSelected

    For more information, see Controlling the Workflow view.
    Should we also stress that Manager's Planned Hours should be selected? -remove

  3. Evaluate your plan compared to the system plan using the provided statistics of shift hours, distributed hours, and undistributed hours.

    Note: It might be helpful to view shift utilization in the Jobs view. Shift utilization adds a thin, green bar to each shift to display the amount of work content distributed to each shift. For more information, see Controlling the Jobs view.
