The Employee Profile screen provides contact and attendance details about an individual employee's history and current status. You use this screen to view:

  • Trends over the last 30 days.
  • Trends on days of the week.
  • Past events.
  • Past conversations with the employee about their attendance.
  • Correlations between attendance and achievement to schedule.
  • Current patterns of attendance.

Employee information section

This section contains contact, job, and attendance information about the employee.

Home job information for the employee

Status

Status of the employee. Statuses include:

  • Active
  • Terminated
  • Rehire
  • Leave of Absence

Schedule achievement for the employee

Schedule AchievementAttendance score (as a percentage) for the employee.

READ-ONLY.

Score is a percentage of shifts with no corresponding violations compared with the the employees total number of shifts during the selected date range.

Attendance PointsAttendance Points for the employee.READ-ONLY.
Property Average

Average number of attendance points per employee at that property.

READ-ONLY.

Data chart

This line chart represents information about attendance data. You use the view selection section to select the time frames of the data you are viewing.

View selection section
Included Days

Drop-down menu to select the days of the week to display in the chart.

A check box precedes each day of the week.

  • Select a check box to display attendance information for that day in the chart.
  • Clear a check box to hide attendance information for that day in the chart.
Default: All check boxes are selected.
Selected Date Range

Select to display the line chart data corresponding to the date range you specified in the filter settings.

 
Three Months

Select to display data for the three-month time frame with the last day of the three-month time frame corresponding to the last day of the date range you specified in the filter settings.

 
One Year

Select to display data for the one-year time frame with the last day of the one-year time frame corresponding to the last day of the date range you specified in the filter settings

 
Chart Legend section
Missed In PunchNeed more information. Color code?

Does the same legend appear for every user, or is it user-configurable? Are color codes the same for all clients and properties?

-Legend only shows items for which the user has a particular violation. - Unlicensed user

Unsure about colors. The items that appear in the legend are all the different violation types that the employee had during the date range displayed on the line chart.

The line chart displays data for the selected time range.

Violations HistoryClick this tab to display the employee's history of attendance violations. This shows all violations for the employee regardless of date range selected by the user.
 
 
Violations By WeekClick this tab to display a weekly breakdown of the employee's attendance violations for a 13 week period, with the last day of the period corresponding to the last day of the user's selected date range. 
Table information 

Default: Violations History view selected.

Columns change depending on which tab you selected

DateI assume that this table includes the same columns/fields as the tables in the At a Glance and Employee List report screens. If so, I will add those column names and their definitions once the At a Glance report screen page has been reviewed for technical accuracy.
