Changing the Password

Watson provides a way to create a new password and/or change your security question if the need arises. There are two ways to change your password/security question: from the login page and from the status bar of the program. 

To change your password or security question from the login screen:

1. Select Forgot Password?
2. Enter the Login ID that was provided to you by your System Administrator and click Next.
3. Answer the security question and click Next.
4. Enter your new Password.
5. Re-enter your new password to Confirm it.
6. Click Finish.

To change your password or security question from the status bar:

1. Click on the User  ID icon in the status bar. The Change Password dialog will appear.
2. Enter your new Password.
3. Re-enter your new password to Confirm it.
4. Select a new security Question, if appropriate.
5. Answer the new Question, if appropriate.
6. Click OK.
