The Employee Productivity report uses information that is entered in the Employee Productivity screen. For a defined date range, this report calculates employees' productivity and compares it to the goal productivity for that date range for the employees.

The Employee Productivity report is available in Reporter.

Columns on the generated Employee Productivity report

This table describes the fields on the generated Employee Productivity report. The names and number of columns that you see in your report depend on the KBIs configured in the Labor Structure.

Numerical value of the actual units serviced.

Actual values represent units serviced for the day. For example, if the you are tracking rooms serviced for departures, the fields in this column display the actual number of departure rooms that the room attendant cleaned.

Depending on your configuration, you might see Departures or Stayovers.

Hours WorkedNumber of productive hours worked by each employee for the reporting period.

Hours Variance

The difference between hours worked and goal hours.

To understand

The hours variance indicates how close the employee worked to the goal in hours for the reporting period.

Goal Minutes Per Unit

Goal productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced.

Actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period, expressed in minutes per units serviced.

Variance to Goal

Percentage variance between goal productivity and actual productivity for each employee for the reporting period.
