Use the Clone button to copy event orders or You can use the Manage Event Orders screen to clone event orders and events. Clones (or copies) contain the same information and values as the original event order or event.
Why would you want to You might clone an event order or an event order? Would you do this if you wanted to create an event and/or order with similar information? You could clone it and then edit as needed?See note from field descriptionsneed to create a new one that differs only slightly from another. You can then edit the fields that differ.

Note: Cloning an event or an event order is not commonly done in the Manage Event Orders screen. All events serviced by banquets should have an event order that can be imported from the EMS. |
Cloning an event order
- In the Event Orders pane, click on the row of the event order you want to clone.
- In the action selection row, click Clone.
The copy of the event order appears directly under the original event order. It maintains all of the values and information as the original.

- In the far left column, click the + icon in the event order row.
The Event view expands to show the individual events within the event order. - Click on the row of the event that you want to clone.
