Show/Hide Historical Data

View or hide the following historical data calculations:

  • System Forecast
  • Last Week's data
  • Last Year's data
  • A four-week average

Running the Enter Input KBI

Forecast task

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
    The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
  3. Click Start/Update next to In the Enter Input KBI Forecast row, click Update/Start.
    The Enter Input KBI Forecast in the task listscreen appears.
  4. Select a new Period if appropriate.
  5. Click Show Historical Data/Hide Historical Data as appropriate.
  6. Click the appropriate cell to activate it and enter your data.
  7. Click Save.
    Your changes are applied.
