To reconcile employees:
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
For more information, see The Employee Maintenance screen. - Click the Employee Action button Actions ( ).
- From the drop-down list, select Reconcile Employees.
The Reconcile Employees screen appears.

The Choose File dialog box appears. - Locate the appropriate file and click Choose File.
The Choose File dialog box closes and... not sure what happens...the screen is populated with data from the selected file. Determine whether there are employees listed in the - Click Reconcile. Wait for the process to complete.
- Review the tabs (Employees to be Terminated, New Employees, Employees with Job Changes, Updated Employees, and/or Employees with Errors tabs and select the employees to be removed from the list(s) or Employees with Errors). Resolve all employees with errors. If necessary, in the case of Employees to be Terminated tab, which select the employees who should be deactivated.Click the Reconcile button.
