Post Punch work  work rules allows you to ask an employee a question on the Time Clock after they punch INin, and based on the employee's response, add an earning if appropriate.

Use Shift Date for Earning

Use the shift date instead of the punch date for the earning.

If shift date can not be used, punch date will be used as default.

Use Shift Hours on Out Punch

If selected, the shift's net hours on Out punch will be used for checking minimum hours, rather than the net hours on the day.
