You can use the column menu in the left pane of the Employee view to control sort and filter the information that is displayed in the schedule pane. To open the Employee column menu:
- In the right corner of the Employee view left pane, click the arrow (
...
- ).
...
- A fly-out menu appears.

- Sort and/or filter as necessary.

Hide/Show Availability | Show or hide employees' recurring availability restrictions. Shifts with required off availability .Required appear as green bars. Show/Hide Shift Utilization | Show or hide shift utilization. The Shift Utilization feature helps ensure that you do not over- or under-scheduleunderschedule work.
