Changing the Password

LMS provides a way to create a new password and/or change your security question if the need arises.

There are two ways to change your password/security question: from  

• From the login page

• From the status bar of the program

Changing your password or security question from the login screen

...

1. Select Forgot Password?.
2. Enter the Login login ID that was provided to you by your System Administrator and click .
3. Click Next.
4. Answer the security question and click .
5. Click Next.
6. Enter your new Passwordpassword.
7. Re-enter your new password to Confirm confirm it.
8. Click Finish.

Changing your password or security question from the user menus

...

1. Click on the your login name in the User Menus.
   The Change Password dialog will appearbox appears.
2. Enter your new Passwordpassword.
3. Re-enter your new password to Confirm confirm it.
4. Select a Security QuestionUse the Question drop-down list to select a security question.
5. Answer the new Questionquestion, if appropriate.
6. Click OK.
   The dialog box closes and your changes are applied.
