- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
For more information, see Employee see The Employee Maintenance screen. In the employee pane, click the row of the employee you want to edit.

The General tab updates with information for the selected employee.- Click the I9 tab.

The Edit I9 dialog box appears. - Edit the fields as necessary.

The dialog box closes, and your changes are applied.

Verified by | Name of the authorized user who is verifying that the employee I9 information is correct. | |
Verified date | Date on which the authorized user (listed in the above field) authorized the employee's I9 information. Either type the date in the field or select the date from the calendar menu. | |
List A OROr List B and List C | Select the appropriate check box for the type of documentation:
