Toolbar Icon	Definition/Usage
	Run. Creates —Creates and displays the report.
	Export. Allows you to save —Save the report as Excel (.xls), comma separated values (.csv), Acrobat (.pdf), or rich text (.rtf) files.
View:Allows you to select	View—Select a set of pre-configured report options on which to run the report.
	Save. Allows you to save —Save changes to the current view.
	Delete. Allows you to delete Save As. Allows you to save —Save multiple option selections/views to be used for running different scenarios for a report. This functionality saves you from manually selection a set of frequently used options.	Image Removed	View Name—Assign a name to a set of option selections. Shared View—Make a saved view available for other users to access. Re-Open this View on Startup—Select which view you want to always open when the option screen opens.
Image Added	Delete—Delete unused option selections/views.
	Back. Takes —Takes you back to the option screen.
	Close. Close —Close the screen without saving and return to the main screen.
