From the Employee Maintenance screen, you can send Mobile App electronic email and print printed invitations to one or multiple employees—either active unregistered employees or new unregistered employees.

Notes:

  • New unregistered employees refer to employees who have been added within the last two weeks.
  • Employees must have valid email addresses and employee IDs in Employee Maintenance before you can invite them using the Mobile App. If you do not know their email address, you must send a printed invitation.

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (

  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To invite one employee:
      1. In the employee pane, right-click the row for the employee you want to invite.
      2. Select Image Removed Mobile InviteFrom the drop-down list, select Mobile Invite Image Added ).
        A confirmation dialog box appears.
      3. Click Yes to confirm. 
        The invitation is sent.
    • To invite multiple employees:
      1. In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click Image Removed click Mobile Invite ( Image Added ).

      2. From the Send to drop-down list, select either Send to Active Unregistered Employees or Send to New Unregistered Employees.
        A confirmation dialog box appears. 
      3. Click Yes to confirm.
        The invitations are sent. 

Employees receive an email invitation with a link to the Mobile setup wizard. Employees with both a valid email address and employee ID use the setup wizard to create their password and security question. When they complete the setup wizard, employees receive a link to download the Mobile App.

Sending printed invitations

You can print PDF invitations for all active or new employees who have not already registered for the UniFocus Mobile App, version 2.0.

  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (

  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.

  3. Do one of the following:
    • To invite one employee:
      1. In the employee pane, right-click the row for the employee you want to invite.
      2. Select Image RemovedPaperInviteFrom the drop-down list, select Paper Invite Image Added ).
        A confirmation dialog box appears.
      3. Click Yes to confirm. 
        The invitation is sent.
    • To invite multiple employees:
      1. In the bottom left corner (under the employees pane), click Image RemovedPaper Inviteclick Paper InviteImage Added ).

      2. From the Send to drop-down list, select either Paper Invite for AllAll Active Unregistered Employees or Paper Invite for New Unregistered Employees.
        A confirmation dialog box appears. 
      3. Click Yes to confirm.
        The invitations are sent. 

When employees receive the PDF invitation, they complete the following registration steps:

  1. Go to the registration URL listed on the invitation.
  2. Enter their name and email address.
  3. Enter the information provided on the invitation:
    • Client code
    • Verification code
    • Employee ID
