  1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
  2. From the drop-down list, under the Administration sectionAdmin section, select Employee Maintenance.
    The Employee Maintenance screen appears in a separate tab.
    For more information, see Employee see The Employee Maintenance screen.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Scroll through the list in the employee pane on the left side of the screen until you find the employee.
      Or
    • In the search field at the upper right corner of the screen, type the employee's name, employee number, or badge number.
      The Employee pane is filtered as you type.  
  4. In the employee pane, click the row for the employee.
    The tabs on the right side of the screen update with the employee's information.
