Banked Hours Aging Report

The Banked Hours Aging Report shows you, at a glance, what the banked hours are for each employee that is eligible for banked hours. The information can be displayed in list format, or it can be displayed with a detailed breakdown of the activity for that period.

Report Options

Week Ending

Allows you to determine

Page Breaks

If selected, data for each division appears on a separate page.

Filter by

Allows you to determine

Determine how you want the information to be displayed on the report. Data can be displayed by divisions, departments, jobs or employees. If you choose Employee, you will have the option to select Show All Employees. If selected, you will see all active and inactive employees in the list. If not selected, only active employees will be displayed.

Running the Report

To run the report:

  1. Choose Labor Scheduling from the Reports menu and select Banked Hours Aging. The Options dialog box appears.
  2. Choose the appropriate Week Ending date.
  3. Determine if you wish the report to have page breaks, and if so, where.
  4. Select Division, Department, Job or Employee from the Filter By drop-down.
  5. Select the Division(s), Department(s), Job(s) or Employee(s) you wish to include in the report.
  6. Click OK The report is displayed.
