Holiday Eligibility work work rules determine whether an employee is eligible for holiday pay.
Criteria
- No Holiday. No holiday pay is given.
- Average Day Calculation Period. Indicates the period to be used when calculating average hours for Anniversary Year, Last Two Weeks, Prior Two Quarters, Previous Pay Period, and Last X Days.
- Average Hours Cap. Denotes the cap amount on average hours after which the average hours will be reduced to the average hours cap.
- Days in Work Week. Denotes the number of working days in a typical work week at your property.
- Include Overtime Hours. Indicates that you wish to have overtime hours included in the average day calculations, if selected.
- Last X Days. Indicates the number of days, prior to the holiday, to be used in the calculation.
