Time

Times are entered in one minute increments using universal (24 hour) time. For example, a shift that is scheduled to start at 5:00

Months and days are entered as two digits; years are entered as four digits. For example, April 5, 2006 would be entered as 04/05/2006. You can also use the calendar function that is included with many of the date fields
