1. Opening the software and logging in

Open Internet Explorer.
Info icon false Note: Internet Explorer 9.0 (or later) is the only web browser you can use to launch the software.
- In the address bar, type "http://login.unifocus.com".
- Press Enter.
The application software loads. - Type your Login ID and Password that your UniFocus representative has given you.
- Press Login.
The software opens in a window.

- On the home screen, click Daily Operations.
The Daily Operation section appears at the bottom of the screen. - In the Daily Operations section, click Review Pay Period.
The Review Pay Period screen should appear.

- On the home screen, click Planning.
The Planning section appears at the bottom of the screen. - In the Planning section, click Scheduling.
The Scheduling screen should appear.
- On the home screen, click Planning.
- When the Scheduling screen appears, test to make sure that schedules are loading correctly:
- Click Select Jobs ( ).
- In the Job Selector dialog box, select check boxes for departments and jobs.
- Click OK.
The dialog box closes, and the Scheduling screen updates to display schedules for the selected jobs.

- On the home screen, click Analytics.
The Analytics section appears at the bottom of the screen. - In the Analytics section, click LMS Dashboard.
The LMS Dashboard should appear.

- On the home screen, click Planning.
The Analytics section appears at the bottom of the screen. - In the Planning section, click Forecasting.
The Planning screen should appear.
- On the home screen, click Planning.
- In the upper right corner of the Planning screen, click Display advanced options ( ).
The screen updates to display additional tasks. - In the Export Schedules row, click Start.
The Export Schedules screen appears. - In the Job tree menu, select the departments and jobs for which to export schedules.
- Click Export Schedules.
- Make sure that the system can write to the hard drive; it should write a schedule.csv file to the root of C:\.
