Fields on the Change Reporting Week dialog box
| Field | Description |
| Date range drop-down list | Select a planning period. |
| OK | Changes the planning period. |
| Cancel | Cancels the process of changing the planning period. |
Running the Change Reporting Week task
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
). - From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
The Labor Actuals screen appears in a separate tab. - Click In the Change Reporting Week row, click Open/Change next to Change Reporting Week in the task list.
The Change Reporting Week dialog box appears. - Select the appropriate date range.
- Click OK.
- The dialog box closes. Verify that the dates changed in the Status column.
