The Attendance Dashboard screen consists of two sections: the header section and the report section. Although the graphics and charts in the report section change depending on what type of report screen you are viewing, the header section always appears the same.

You use menus and filters in the header section to control the data that appears in the reports.

Navigation menu

Opens the navigation menu so that you can select the different report screens.

The navigation menu contains a tile for each available report screen. Each tile displays the title and a brief description of the report screen.

Report screens include:

  • At a Glance - This report screen provides gauges and a table that displays display information about employee attendance for the organization.
  • Employee List - This report screen provides a table that contains detailed attendance information for each employee.

To access an Employee Profile report screen, do one of the following:

  • Select an employee in the Employee List report screen.
    Or 
  • Use the Property Filter on the At a Glance report screen to filter to the Job organization layer. Once you are at the Job layer, you can select an employee.

Property Filter

This section contains filters for selecting different levels of an organization. As you select different levels, the organization layer updates in a breadcrumb format so that you can easily see what levels you are viewing in the reports.

Filter levels include the following:

  • Total - All —All layers of an organization.
  • Region - The —The geographic region that contains one or multiple properties.
  • Select a Property - The —The property within a region.
  • Select a Division - The —The division withing a property.
  • Select a Department - The —The department withing within a division.
  • Select a Job - The —The job role within a department.
If you are at the Job organization layer, you can access an Employee Profile report screen by clicking an employee name.

Selected Dates

Displays the selected date range of the attendance information that you are viewing.READ-ONLY.to view.
