  1. In the header section, select a client from the Select a Location drop-down list.
    The content panel pane displays information for the selected client. 
  2. In the header section, select the Survey Email Notification tab.
    The content panel pane displays the notification list.
  3. In the Notification Name column, click the +  buttons to expand the tree menus.
  4. Click to select the notification for which to download the report
  5. In the Email Notification Details panel pane, click Download.
    The report downloads to your computer.
