  2. In the navigation pane, click the Administration folder to expand the menu.
  3. From the expanded STAFFScopeexpanded Administration menu, click the Pulse Reporting Dashboardthe User Administration link.
    The Pulse Reporting Dashboard appears. It displays the Engagement Index report screen.User Administration screen appears.
