Description | When accessing the Mobile App Time Clock screen, users are prompted to allow location services if it is not already enabled for the device. In some instances of previous Mobile App releases, when users selected Allow, location services were not successfully enabled on Android devices. Users then received a notification that they were offsite. |
Solution | The software has been updated so that allowing location services through the Mobile Time Clock prompt successfully enables location services for Android devices. |
