The Pulse Reporting Dashboard is a powerful analytics tool that continuously monitors the data collected from Pulse Surveys and enables users to better understand the engagement of their workforce. Interactive With interactive tables and charts allow users to you can view, sort, filter, and compare engagement data at all levels their organizations: company, property, division, department, and job role.  

In this release, the Pulse Reporting Dashboard includes the following two report screens:

  • Engagement Index – The Index—The engagement index refers to a company's engagement score and is based on the results of the Pulse Survey. The Engagement Index report screen contains a bar chart and table that allow users to view engagement index scores across the levels of their organizations and compare them to the company average, organization level averages, and to baselines. 
  • Levels of Engagement  – The The Levels of Engagement report screen contains a pie chart, bar chart, and table that display the percentages of employees across a company who fall into each of the three engagement demographics: Disengaged, Partially Engaged, and Fully Engaged.
