Best Practice: When configuring scheduled tasks, you should allow time between tasks and ensure that the times chosen are appropriate given the intended sequencing of tasks. If you attempt to run several tasks at the same time, the tasks will run in the order that they are submitted. |

To run a scheduled task now:
- Open the Task Scheduler screen:
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
). - From the drop-down list under the Admin section, select Task Scheduler.
The Task Scheduler screen appears in a separate tab.
Or
- On the home screen, click Administration.
- Click the Task Scheduler icon (
).
The Task Scheduler screen appears in a separate tab.
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
- Click the task you want to run now.
- Click Run Scheduled Task Now (
).
A confirmation dialog box appears. - Click OK.
The dialog box closes and the task runs immediately.
