Accessing the Employee Requests screen
Do one of the following:
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon ( ).
- From the drop-down list under the Time and Attendance section, select Employee Requests.
The Employee Requests screen appears in a separate tab.
Or
- On the home screen, click Daily Operations.
- Click the Employee Request Icon ( ).
The Employee Requests screen appears in a separate tab.

1 | Request Type | Select the view for the Employee Requests screen. Options include:
| Default: Time Off Requests. Availability Requests/Logs and Shift Requests appear only if an employee has submitted a request through the Mobile App. |
2 | Request Status | Select the request status to display:
| Default: All. |
3 | On or After | Displays requests from a specific date and any requests after that date. To change the date, either type a date in the field or select a date from the calendar menu. | Default: current date. |
4 | Filters by division, department, or job. | ||
5 | Search | Search for employees by name or employee ID. | |
6 | Print/Export | Opens a menu to perform the following task:
