Running the Import Actual KBIs task
- In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (
). - From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Actuals.
The Labor Actuals screen appears in a separate tab. - Click Start/Update next to Import Actual KBIs in the task list.
The Import Actual KBIs screen appears in the same tab. - Enter a Start Date/End Date manually or through the Date Selector icon (
). - Determine if the Script and Data File Path are correct.
- If the Script and Data File Path are empty: Contact UniFocus Tech Support.
- If the Script and Data File Path are incorrect: Click Edit and locate the appropriate Script and/or Data File Path.
- If the Script and Data File Path are correct: Click Import.
A message saying that the data has been successfully imported appears in the bottom field.
