1. In the toolbar, click the Main Menu icon (  ).
2. From the drop-down list, under the Labor section, select Planning.
   The Planning screen appears in a separate tab.
3. Click Start/Update next to Enter  Enter Input KBI Forecast in the task list.
   The Enter Input KBI Forecast screen appears in the same tab.
   
4. Select a new Period if appropriate.
5. Click Show Historical Data/Hide Historical Data as appropriate.
6. Click the appropriate cell to activate it and enter your data.
7. Click Save.
